Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an L2 Support Engineer for an existing Azure-native project.

Your primary responsibilities will include resolving incidents and performing maintenance activities for Azure-based applications.Working hours: 3:00 AM - 10:00 AM CET Responsibilities:·      Provide L2 support by monitoring and resolving incidents·      Perform routine maintenance and support tasks for Azure-native applications·      Collaborate with the development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently·      Continuously monitor system performance and health using tools like App Insights/Azure Monitor to proactively identify and address potential issues·      Assist in maintaining and improving infrastructure using Terraform·      Support Azure Functions, EventHub, API Management, and Application Gateway·      Document incident resolutions, procedures, and configurations as neededOur Requirements:·      Minimum of 5 years of experience in diverse roles within the manufacturing industry·      3-4 years of experience on Maintenance, prior experience in L2 support or a related role·      Basic experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, EventHub, API Management)·      Familiarity with cloud computing and DevOps practices·      Understanding of monitoring tools such as App Insights/Elastic/Splunk/Grafana·      English on communicative level (verbal and written)·      Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.·      Effective communication skills for incident reporting and collaboration.·      Ability to work independently during assigned shifts.What can we offer:·      Employment based on B2B or CoE·      An interesting, challenging job in the dynamically developing Capital Group company·      Fully remote or on-site work according to the candidate's preference·      Work on innovative projects using modern technologies·      Direct impact on shaping the image of the Capital Group’s companies on the market·      Possibility to develop competences in a wide range·      Attractive salary·      Friendly work atmosphere·      Cool benefits, among others Legimi platform, Multisport card, Company Social Fund, Mentor and Psychologist support, Group Insurance, technical trainings and conferences, languages courses, integration meetings, internal company competitions and much more…
