User Experience Analyst RoleLone Rock Point is seeking a UX Analyst with a strong interest and capabilities in the research and design of engaging and innovative user experiences.
This UX Analyst will be responsible for studying users’ needs and whether their clients’ goals align with usability standards with an eye toward providing both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to a Customer Experience engagement.
Candidates will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
They also have extensive experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment.
A thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies is critically important.Specific responsibilities of the UX Analyst position include: Collaborate on user experience planning Consult with clients and a range of team members Lead meetings with clients to understand requirements Identify capabilities/services for end users Research and identifying existing content and missing content to support the system development Create/design wireframes, process flows, user personas, and journey maps Use storyboarding, task analysis, and user research tasks to capture and develop user requirements Conduct user research activities such as usability testing and surveys Follow up on any submissions from user research activities Assist with IT capabilities and support for meetings Provide overview presentations and Q&A talks for various client teams Working knowledge of accessibility requirements is a plus NO AGENCIES!

Responsibilities/Duties: Develop custom solutions using the WordPress framework Oversee and execute the implementation of new feature requests Advise on and support WordPress best practices Work with Project Managers to help understand the technical aspects of the work and to help estimate effort Review code and pull requests from other developers Set up code repositories and remote development installations Continuous integration and automated deployment pipelines Coordinate releases with partner IT groups Help other developers and asking for help from other developers
