At Vatica Health, we rely on powerfully insightful data to inform our innovative systems and healthcare solutions — and we are seeking an experienced Associate Director of QA Automation to put this to use.
We are looking for a hands-on, servant leader who has completed multiple data and analytics transformations in a highly secure and regulated industries.
As the leader, you will need to collaborate with executives, business leaders, and engineering leaders to collect feedback, drive transformation, research modern tools and engage in the adoption of the capability across the enterprise.
Experience in leveraging outside sources to determine which tools to assess and provide recommendations for modern technologies is highly desirable.
Driving & planning the retirement of older/legacy technologies in alignment with our engineering, cybersecurity and DevOps team is expected as we shift to modern tools.The Associate Director of QA Automation will be responsible for helping drive the platform strategy as well as ensure the platform/tools are confirming to our compliance requirements and operational SLAs.
Periodic audits, health checks, capacity and performance assessments and operational metrics of these platforms will be key measures for success.
Must have the ability to work in modern technologies and create bridges to our legacy environments as needed.
Your experience in software data development, DevOps, SaaS, Cloud Platforms and Agile practice will help you be successful in the position.In the position you will lead a team of 20-30 resources while working closely with cross-functional organization stakeholders such as business, software engineering, cybersecurity, information technology and product management.Beyond technical prowess, the Associate Director of QA Automation will need the soft skills it takes direct collaborative teams and communicate highly complex data trends to organizational leaders in a way that is easy to understand.
We are looking for someone to jump right in to help Vatica Health get the most out of our data.Responsibilities: Work in a fast-paced development environment, interacting with product owners, business analysts, testers, developers and stakeholders across geographical locations.
Demonstrate a product engineering mind set, ability to build and deliver a quality strategy, vision and mission Act as the lead Quality SME to drive best in class quality automation Identifies, communicates and prioritizes priorities that drive excellence in the Product Engineering organization Provide leadership in the creation and adherence to Quality Assurance processes and methodologies Lead with a data driven mindset developing and communicating quality KPIs, and metrics.
Enable a rapid and effective correction of quality problems in a manner that prevents reoccurrence Responsible for building strong, highly motivated, vibrant, innovative professional teams Direct the establishment of monitoring processes to visualize and alert on known and unknown performance issues.
Act as a transformational agent to ensure new and existing staff become an effective part of the overall organization and therefore assist in moving the organization toward the desired business and developmental goals.
Be a cross-disciplinary thought leader in the area of quality engineering, directing new and improved quality decisioning as it relates to the Health Care industry, future capabilities of the organization, application development processes, infrastructure planning, and organizational structure.
