The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirement and translating them into the technical solution.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems, good technical background, ability to collaborate both with business stakeholders and IT development team.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements for mobile application developmentAnalyze requirements to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisionsAnalyze and understand current solution and legacy systemsDevelop and document business requirements and the solutionCreate, develop, manage and own project backlog with all dependenciesParticipate in long-term product roadmaps creationPropose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectivesWork with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goalsCollaborate with project IT development team in designing and communicating the better technical solutionCommunicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executivesParticipate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirementsIdentify opportunities for product improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization effortsRequirements:Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Analytical mindset and ability to find non-standard solutionsProficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.

Knowledge of business process analysis methodologies and tools (BPMN, UML);Ability to facilitate meetings and clearly communicate technical information to business stakeholdersAbility to translate technical language into business language and vice versaProficient in SQL and experience working with databasesExperience in working with APIs/analyzing APIsExperience with Mobile application development is a mustExperience in the Telecom industry is a mustExperience working with JIRA and ConfluenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge of Software development life cycleAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
