We work with clients all over the world.For the project we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for a Business Analyst ServiceNow.Your duties will include:Implementation and optimization of the ServiceNow CMDBSupporting the integration of CMP, CMDB, ITOM and DiscoveryCollaboration with various teams to ensure a smooth processCommunication in English with the project participants Requirements that must be met:Profound experience with ServiceNow ITSM (min 5 years)Very good knowledge of CMP, CMDB, ITOM and DiscoveryExperience in the implementation and optimization of CMDB solutionsKnowledge and experience of Cloud Management via ServiceNowExperience in ServiceNow ITSM areaFluency in English and PolishWhat we offer:We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates.
