Athletes Unlimited is looking for a Project Manager, Creative & Brand to develop and present detailed project plans, lead collaborations with multiple departments, and foster strong internal and external relationships.

This position is full-time, remote, and reports to the Creative Director.Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for the Creative & Brand department Drive successful completion of multiple project streams simultaneously Facilitate collaboration across departments including but not limited to marketing, game presentation, and partnerships, ensuring clear communication of objectives and deadlines Communicate project needs, status, updates, and any issues to creative teams to keep projects on track Foster strong relationships with internal teams, partner agencies and external suppliers to support project success Serve as a point of contact for all project-related communications Coordinate regular project meetings to present and discuss prepared project reports, including updates, schedules, and procedures Traffic creative assets to various departments, inside and out of the organization, for approvals, proofs, scheduling and delivery Utilize Google Suite for project documentation, scheduling, and communication
