We’re seeking a Vice President, Product to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution at Paxful.

This role is pivotal in shaping our future of our core P2P product as well as the integration of future acquisitions that the company may pursue.

You'll lead a team of product managers and designers to enhance our core offerings and build innovative products that drive growth.

Your strategic vision and operational excellence will help us navigate the fast-changing crypto landscape.What You'll Do:Product Strategy Execute a long-term product strategy to position Paxful as the premier P2P marketplace.

Align product initiatives with business goals, identifying opportunities and mitigating threats through actionable roadmaps.

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and initiatives that deliver the most customer and business value.

Product Management Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring post-launch support and iteration.

Deep experience constructively collaborating with experienced Engineering leaders.

Partner with compliance,marketing, sales and other teams for seamless delivery.

Establish and monitor key product metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement.

Team Leadership Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and designers.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Guide team members in their professional development and inspire them to excel.

Data-Driven Execution Leverage analytics to inform decisions and optimize product performance.

Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to fuel growth.

Market Analysis Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies.

Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and safeguard against risks.
