We are currently looking for SAP Cluster Lead in a maintenance project (2nd line of support) for the SAP FICO area.Position/role for candidates who have experience as SAP FI/CO Consultant.

Also desirable in the role of SAP FI/CO Team Lead and/or PM (Project Manager), SDM (Service Delivery Manager), BSM (Bussiness Solution Manager).

What will you do?

first point of contact (SPOC)participation in project meetings (internal and with the customer)managing the team, planning and coordinating the workproviding support for complex queries and critical requestsfirst instance in the event of escalationsresponsibility for knowledge managementreporting on activities, results and risksparticipation in complex problem and error analysesensuring complete and up-to-date documentationoptimisation of processes and activitiesmeeting implementation deadlines  Skills:FICO knowledgeexperience of SAP FICO module Implementations or support/maintenancefluent German enabling communication and cooperation with the Client (including work with project documentation)end to end business process know-howability of analytical thinking, ability of knowledge extending and cooperating with the teamhigh degree of initiative and flexibilityhigh customer orientation and quality awarenessexcellent verbal and written communication skillswilling to skills development, engagement, determination in problem solving Nice to have:SAP S4HANA certificationunderstanding of debuggingPractical know-how of technical transactions (example SM37, SM12, SM13, SXMB_MONI, ST22)ITIL knowledge (proficiency in IT service management, working with ITIL process managers)  What’s in it for you?
