This role is responsible for onboarding new physicians based on client needs, negotiating costs with physicians within pre-established guidelines, and maintenance of the physician panel.
This position is a goals and production-based role requiring the recruiter to meet/exceed monthly recruiting targets.Dane Street’s success relies on individual and team contributions every day.

It is the responsibility for all of us to maintain a positive working environment that promotes client satisfaction and results.**Federal or Veteran Affairs physician recruiting experience is required.MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPanel Expansion Work with business leads to understand panel needs to service current and future volume Identify areas we can improve our panel (specialities, geographic location, etc.) and propose strategic resolutions Utilize search engines, job postings and other tools to locate and call on potential physicians Panel MaintenanceOnboarding new VA physicians including but not limited to: - Responsible for the administrative tasks relative to the maintenance of the physician panel - Onboarding new physicians based on Client needs - Negotiating costs/contract terms according to pre-established guidelines - Obtaining necessary paperwork including agreement, application, CV, W9, NPDB - Working with the Director of Operations to set the fees for agreementsProviding dictation/Access DS instructions Understand Client fee schedules and TAT requirements in order to Negotiate physician agreement terms For existing physicians, assist with maintaining: - Physician profile instructions- Updated fees- Doctor Groups- Deactivating/Reactivating physicians- W9 remit to changesResearch and conduct outreach when new panel options are neededAssisting physician reviewers with technical or case inquiries.Sourcing/Fulfillment of Open Service Requests for referrals requiring urgent network recruitment.
Requires daily updates on sourcing efforts.Work closely with operational teams to ensure the network meets the specific needs of the business relative to the various physician specialties.
Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.
