Rublon Multi-Factor Authentication is used by hundreds of customers across the globe to protect employee logins to networks, servers, endpoints and applications.We are looking for a long-term employee or contractor who will provide technical support to end users of Rublon MFA in English and German.How You'll WorkYou'll work remotely or in our office in Kraków or Zielona GóraLanguage: Polish for communication with team members; German and English for communication with end usersHardware: modern laptopSelf development: access to online training courses, sponsored certificationsBenefits: access to private medical care and MultiSport card (employees only)What You'll DoAs a 2nd Level Support Specialist at Rublon you will help customers use Rublon Multi-Factor Authentication:Provide second level support to end users, helping them deploy, configure and manage Rublon MFAIdentify, analyze and implement solutions to issues reported by users via ticketing system, phone and emailEnsure smooth operation of second level support in cooperation with foreign partnersFacilitate communication between users and third level support teamsImplement changes and adjust documentation according to ITIL methodologyWork on business days between 08:00 and 17:00 CET (8 hours/day)Optionally provide 24/7 support (paid extra)Skills You HaveVery good written and oral knowledge of German language (level C1 or better)Very good written knowledge of English language (level C1 or better)Experience in a similar position, using support ticketing systemsKnowledge of incident, change and issue management practices in line with ITIL methodologyFamiliarity with Windows Server and Linux server environmentsAbility to prioritize, be responsible and work independentlyAbility to confidently communicate with peersConfidence in using business software toolsGeneral understanding of IT, allowing you to freely use industry terminologyRequirementsVery good written and oral knowledge of both German and English language (level C1 or better)Work permit in PolandNice To HavesExperience with Windows Server administration, incl.
