This role provides support for the operation of the function, and will manage relationships both locally and internationally to help enable DAO to be at its best.The role holder is critical to the success of achieving our strategy, driving our change agenda and delivering our goals.
Alongside this they will also focus on driving employee engagement across the whole teamWhat you’ll doBuild Engagement: Coordinating communications and building collaboration with wider teams, distilling people insights and activities, supporting local DAO Poland logistics and integration with wider GSC.Entity Governance: Participation in entity Governance committees, supporting the entity management of the DAO Poland Leadership team, financial responsibilities including cost centres and accruals, and Business Continuity responsibilities.Growth: HR Recruitment point of contact including onboarding support, vendor management and process migrations and maintenance.GSC Employer Branding: Building both the GSC brand, and the DAO brand to attract talent, including participation in industry events.What you need to have to succeed in this roleFamiliarity with financial services organizations and more specifically HSBC’s structures, values, behaviors, processes, and objectives.Previous experience working in Business Management/Business Performance/Chief of Staff environments.Be flexible with your approach and willing to learn quickly as no two days look the same.Able to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business.Understanding of the DAO Strategy and how the Poland DAO team fits within it.Be good at communication and explaining things to people.A strong understanding of HSBCs internal processes and systems.Ability to work to tight deadlines.What we offerCompetitive salaryAnnual performance-based bonusAdditional bonuses for recognition awardsMultisport cardPrivate medical careLife insuranceOne-time reimbursement of home office set-up (up to 800 PLN).Corporate parties & eventsCSR initiativesNursery discountsFinancial support with trainings and educationSocial fundFlexible working hours Free parkingIf your CV meets our criteria, you should expect the following steps in the recruitment process:Online assessment.Telephone screen.Job interview with the hiring manager.We are looking to hire as soon as possible so don’t wait and apply now!
