We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.Responsibilities and DutiesOCT is seeking a Program Analyst APEO-C to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DSCA) Program Executive Office (PEO).

The DCSA PEO oversees a portfolio of enterprise-wide information technology (IT) programs that unilaterally employ best practice methodologies for the development and delivery of innovative IT solutions, advancing DCSA’s broad-spectrum National Security capabilities to better serve the DoD, the U.S.

Government, and cleared industry.Role Support the DCSA Assistant Program Executive Office (APEO) Contracting (APEO-C) with contract-related analytical support.

Lead and provide oversight for Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), managing the planning, execution, and review of test events, product demonstrations, and other key activities.

Ensure IPTs meet their objectives and adhere to project timelines.

Maintain and manage the program’s budget and master schedule.

Identify and assess cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs, making recommendations to optimize resource allocation and program efficiency.

Develop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, and other essential acquisition documents.

Ensure these documents are comprehensive, align with strategic objectives, and comply with federal acquisition regulations.

Perform detailed analysis of acquisition strategy requirements, providing insights and recommendations to support effective decision-making and strategic planning.
