Title: Senior Analyst (End User Support) Rate: $50 - $60/hr DOE (12 month contract) Requirements: BS Degree, 3+ years analytical exp, Advanced Excel, End User Support Location: 100% Remote We have a long-term contract opportunity with a Fortune 100 client undergoing a nationwide ERP system deployment.
We’re seeking an experienced Analyst to support the rollout by triaging data configuration issues identified by end users during launch.
This role is split evenly between data analysis and end-user support, requiring a strong mix of technical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for field questions related to ERP (Oracle Maintenance Cloud) via the ticketing system.
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and resolution for system related issues.
Assist with configuring and customizing Oracle Maintenance Cloud to meet evolving business requirements.
Leverage Excel for data analysis, reporting, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment across multiple sites.
Maintain a high level of customer service by identifying and addressing root issues, offering training, and resolving end-user concerns.
Collaborate with field users to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall user experience.
