Acentra is looking for a Vice President of State Sales to join our growing team.Job Summary: The Vice President of Executive Sales is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to expand the company’s Medicaid portfolio.
This role will focus on driving revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful acquisition and retention of Medicaid clients.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new sales.
Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall company growth objectives.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the Medicaid sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Medicaid market.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track progress through the sales cycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including state Medicaid agencies, other relevant HHS agencies, and advocacy groups.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Work with operations to conduct business reviews with clients to identify opportunities for additional sales and service improvements.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and operation teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Participate in product development discussions to ensure new products meet the needs of the Medicaid market.
Collaborate with the finance team to develop pricing strategies and contract terms.
Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment to drive team success.
Track and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline status, sales performance, and market trends.
Provide regular updates to the executive team on progress toward sales goals and strategic initiatives.
Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize sales processes.
