The JobOnera Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sleep Scorer Supervisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for scoring sleep studies, overseeing a team of sleep scorers in order to ensure accuracy and compliance in sleep study analysis and stepping in different service delivery tasks as Onera’s operational US team grows.
This role requires deep expertise in polysomnographic scoring, combined with leadership skills to mentor and guide the team and personal agility to be able to thrive in the dynamic environment of a start-up disrupting the sleep space.The Company Onera Health is a leader in transforming sleep medicine and remote monitoring.

Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sleep scorers, ensuring that they perform high-quality analyses and adhere to established scoring protocols.
Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure that the team's work complies with AASM standards and Onera’s internal guidelines.
Analyze polysomnographic (PSG) data accurately, identifying sleep stages, respiratory events, and other physiological parameters.
Address escalated scoring issues and provide expert guidance to resolve complex cases effectively.
Develop and refine scoring protocols, staying informed about the latest advancements in sleep medicine and PSG technology.
Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery, Data Analytics, R&D, and other teams to ensure accurate data integration and to support the development of new products.
Set clear goals for team members, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Assist with budgeting, resource planning, and other business operations to ensure the efficient functioning of the team.
Prepare regular reports on team performance and scoring accuracy and share these insights with senior leadership.
