Please visit our website for more details - Role:  Technical Account Manager – SAP & Applications We are looking for senior professionals who can provide advisory and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively keep Protera customers environments operationally healthy.

This position is expected to develop close relationships with the assigned customer group to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges and help them in the management and oversight of their critical SAP and related system portfolio.

SummaryThe SAP BASIS Technical Account Manager (TAM) will be responsible for the support and administration of all SAP activities for a group of customers: Design, implement/deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals and the ongoing run and maintain of those systems.

This includes planning, coordination, and implementation of all changes in SAP, including performance and tuning analysis, capacity planning, migrations systems support and planning, application support, software upgrades.

The TAM should have skills in SAP Basis Management, governance and oversight, SAP application technical architecture, ITIL Based ITSM skills and customer management & satisfaction.Responsibilities:Manage Large SAP implementations across various versions/OS/DB’sManage multi-customer support model for Steady state and ALM projectsManage multiple SAP solutions including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Business Suite, BI Analytics and any others.SAP HANA, Oracle and MSSQL DB Administration experienceAbility to work in shifts and manage entire shifts without external helpKnowledge of and preferably Certification in AWS, Azure and GCPAdapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately to higly complex problemsUnderstands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goalsUses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problemsPrimary upward interaction is with direct supervisor and open communication with peersExperience in application management engagement and ability to work simultaneously on multiple clientsGood at documentation and internal quality review/checksIncident/Problem management skillsParticipate in high level of automation of routine basis activitiesTeam player and good cross team delivery skills; good interpersonal skillsKnowledge of various DB, OS and ability to have worked on Cloud environment (Public/ Private and Hybrid) Must have knowledge on OEL, RHEL, SLES and WindowsMonitoring system experience (we use LogicMon, Avantra & Solution Manager)ITSM experience (ServiceNow a plus)Should be able to study EWA and provide proactive recommendations to clientsCandidate must ensure that compliance with data protection legislation under the DPA, EU GDPR, any other applicable data protection legislation
