Our consistent, organic growth plus a recent $70M investment has accelerated the expansion of our fantastic team and we are currently seeking to add a Sales Enablement Manager to the team.Sales Enablement ManagerThe sales enablement team provides sales leaders and reps with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success.
Partnering with the sales team and broader enablement team, the sales enablement manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process.
Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
This position reports to the SVP of Sales.As our Sales Enablement Manager, you will: Serve as a liaison working alongside Sales, Marketing, Operations and Leadership to establish Sales enablement priorities and project plans Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs Develop and implement measures to impact the ramp time and quota attainment of our Sales team by owning onboarding, training, and ongoing training Facilitate and lead working sessions while building a trusted relationship with sales reps Maintain and centralize all project documentation and sales tools Define scope and solution approach for targeted initiatives and challenges Evaluating and implementing tools and testing to granularly track Sales Rep grasp of subject matter and deliver regular performance results to leadership Work with leadership to plan impactful Sales events and trainings Coordinate educational content for ongoing training Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need The values you’ll live by as part of the team: Embrace and Drive Change – remain nimble and forward thinking Think Bigger - commit to growing the organization and as an individual Execute with Passion and Urgency – bring your “A” game Be a Good Human – treat everyone with respect Drive Trust and Transparency – open and honest communication always Always Put the Customer First – maintain a customer-centric mindset
