Offering unlimited storage, unlimited templates, and cross-platform integration, pdfFiller is the only PDF editor needed to get your document done.And now, we are looking for a Principal Software Engineer (Architect) who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.What you'll do:Provide leadership and mentorship to engineers, promoting innovation and a culture of continuous improvementDesign and implement scalable and maintainable software systems, following industry best practicesPromote best coding practices, design principlesTackle complex technical issues with creative problem-solvingWork with cross-functional teams to define requirements and specificationsLiaise with stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutionsConduct R&D for system improvements and new tech adoption.What we expect:5+ years in software development with expertise in Backend such as NodeJS, Go, PHPDeep understanding of system architecture, including monoliths and distributed systemsExperience leading and mentoring in an Agile environmentExcellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesProficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detailKnowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, and applying innovative, cloud-native solutionsWhat helps you rock:Experience leading and mentoring in an Agile environmentPrevious experience working in B2B / B2C SaaS companyFamiliarity with A/B test approachWhat we offer:— Flexible work environment — We value the advantages of in-person collaboration and prioritize work from our offices in Wroclaw or Bialystok.
