ALM Business AnalystAbout the RoleAs an ALM Business Analyst, you'll be crucial in delivering innovative data solutions for Interest Rate Risk (IRRBB) reporting.

You'll collaborate with a global team to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of our business, comply with regulatory requirements, and support our overall ALM strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis: Analyze complex data sets related to ALM risk, including IRRBB measures, to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Solution Development: Design and develop data-driven solutions for ALM reporting, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, Risk, and regulatory bodies, to gather requirements and ensure alignment.Data Translation: Translate complex data requirements into actionable items and designs for the development team.Agile Methodology: Work within an Agile framework to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a diverse team of ALM specialists to share knowledge, solve problems, and deliver high-quality results.Qualifications and SkillsPython Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python programming, including data analysis, visualization, and modeling techniques.Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.Business Acumen: Understanding ALM risk, financial regulations, and best practices in the banking industry.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex problems creatively and efficiently.Additional Qualifications (Preferred)Experience with IRRBB supervisory outlier tests.Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum).Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., econometrics, mathematics, economics).Join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative data solutions for ALM risk management
