(ITC) is seeking an experienced Remote Program Analyst Lead to support our VA-ESOM—End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States.

he VA is responsible for providing comprehensive onsite and remote support to IT customers across all VA Administrations and special program offices, including direct support of over 340,000 VA employees and thousands of contractors who use government-furnished IT equipment and infrastructure.

The VA provides support staff across 100+ CONUS and OCONUS locations including difficult-to-accommodate locales, such as high cost of living or under supported economic areas, where VA offices or facilities may be located and require onsite services.Location: This position can be performed in a remote working environment and will be supporting Eastern Time working hours.Responsibilities:Lead a team that will apply advanced consulting and planning or extensive technical expertise in resolving high-visibility client initiatives.

Gather, compile, and analyst source data to provide information for data driven decisions by utilizing ServiceNow and SharePoint.

Work with program leadership to develop metrics, analysis and have daily interactions with multiple client stakeholders.Guide junior team members and ensure projects stay on task and schedule.

Create the tools necessary to inform the client and make recommendations for improvement to program leadership.

Impact the client organization by contributing to program strategy and helping to improve delivery and measure program impact.
