(ITC) is seeking an experienced Principal Solution Architect for Infrastructure Modernization to lead the transformation of our IT infrastructure.

The successful candidate will drive the modernization of our infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, resilient, and aligned with our business objectives.

You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our IT landscape, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices.Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure modernization initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

Develop and maintain an infrastructure modernization strategy and roadmap.

Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and practices to enhance infrastructure performance and resilience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT teams on infrastructure best practices, including cloud adoption, DevOps, and automation.

Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of the infrastructure.

Conduct regular assessments and audits of the infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, standards, and best practices.

Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the organization at the forefront of technology.

Mentor and develop the skills of junior architects and engineers.
